Salmon Hummus - Little Mashies Reusable Pouches

Ingredients:

2 oz water
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp lemon juice
3.8 oz canned salmon in spring water, drained
Pinch paprika
4 oz canned chickpeas (use salt-free chickpeas, otherwise drain & rinse thoroughly)

Instructions:

Step 1: Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree together until mixed well. You can add breast milk, water or formula if a smoother consistency is desired.

Step 2: Serve with crackers, toast or vegetable sticks.

Step 3: To heat food inside Little Mashies reusable pouches, simply run the pouch under a stream of warm water.

NOTE: For an older baby it is ok to leave some chickpeas whole if they are eating with your supervision. Chickpeas can be a choking hazard so don't leave whole if you are not keeping a very close eye on them.

I love these and so do my children. My little 8month old goes crazy when she sees it. My older daughter loves it when I put chia seed pudding with pureed fruit in them....so do I. Cant recommend enough.
