Mango Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding Recipe
Used for Little Mashies Reusable Food Pouches
1/2 quart coconut milk, almond milk or a combination of the two
3 oz chia seeds
2 tablespoons honey
3.5 oz macadamia nuts, chopped fine
fresh lime juice (optional)
2 tablespoons honey
Step 1: Combine coconut milk, chia seeds, honey and vanilla. Stir well to incorporate the chia seeds.
Step 2: Chill, covered, for two hours or overnight.
Step 3: Puree mango with lime juice until smooth. Alternatively, chop mango finely or do a combination of both.
Step 4: Stir macadamia nuts and mango puree into chia pudding and serve garnished with some mango chunks on top. If serving in Little Mashies make sure your macadamia nuts are finely crushed or puree the pudding one last time before filling the pouches.

As the headline reads - my 4 year old son - who is the most fussiest of eaters has consumed smoothies containing of all things SPINACH thanks to this product. He loves the funny picture on the little mashie - which is a welcome distraction as we laugh our way through the superfood smoothie concoction. Excellent product!

Love these Little Mashies. Wish I'd had them when my kids were little.
