Island Magic Smoothie - Little Mashies Reusable Pouches

Ingredients:

4 oz yoghurt
8 oz mangoes
8 oz spinach
1 teaspoon chia seeds
8 oz strawberries

Instructions:

Step 1: Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender for 1 minute or until smooth.

Step 2: Fill Little Mashies reusable pouches via the wide ziplock at the base.

Step 3: Serve straight away, store in the fridge or freeze for later. You can also use Mashies frozen as an ice brick to keep your lunch box cool.

I love the design of these! They are great for lying flat, or you could get a box and stack them standing up and just pull them out one at a time. They're super easy to clean, and easy for kids to use.

My 5 year old son loves our home made Greek yoghurt with various fruit mixed in. Trouble is now he's started school he tells me he just doesn't have time to sit & eat with a spoon (not to mention the mess he makes on his uniform). But since buying the little mashies he thinks its great! Not only are they cool monsters, but he can demolish his favourite yoghurt in no time & get outside to play with his friends.

I bought these with my newborn in mind for when she starts solids, however, I have loved using them for the school/preschool-aged siblings, and they look forward to having yoghurt or custard or rice pudding in them. I'm looking forward to trying more recipes for the big kids. They clean and dry well, and the snap closure is great! - even the 4 year old can't open them.
