Highly Recommended
POSTED BY MICOLE
Absolute peace of mind knowing that I control what goes in every pouch and my kids still love every mouthful! I was skeptical about how they are to clean and it took me a while to buy them BUT...they are just as easy to clean as you say they are!! Absolutely perfect product for a very food conscious mother. Love them and so do my 2.5 year old and 15 month old. Highly, highly recommend. Great service as well!

I was so happy with these little Mashies! They are a good size for my 5 and 7 year olds and also great for home made baby food for my 6 mth child. Easy to clean with great seals and prints on them that make it fun to take to school. Have spread the word already!

I love them!! So sick of freezing containers that you cannot take out and about so I love these! I freeze them and they defrost so quickly! My 6 year old takes them to school and my 6 month old uses them too so convenient!

Little Mashies reusable food pouches comparison

Why is carrot a great baby food choice?

Carrots are one of the sweetest vegetables and your baby will absolutely love it. When cooked it’s easy to swallow and digest and you can give it to your baby alone or combined with other vegetables or fruits. Carrots are very rich in vitamin A which supports a strong immune system helping to make our little ones grow up nice and strong. Carrots should be very well cooked for babies starting solids, pureed to a very smooth consistency. As your baby gets older you can cook carrot less and mash it, and then later you can make carrot sticks to use with dips, or use a peeler and make carrot "noodles" by using the ribbons under pasta sauce. Getting creative with vegetables is one on the things we love most in our household. I hide vegetables in everything and I we also eat vegetables exactly as they come with no disguise at all. In our diet vegetables are probably number one on the list with meat coming in a very close second. There has been a tonne of reserach showing people who eat more veggies have a healthy digestive system and lets face it children pick up their eating habits early so you need to start thinking about this right from the very first introduction of solid baby foods.

For Older Kids

For older kids you could try making this in an oven safe dish with a crumble on top... omg delicious! This porridge is also fine to serve and freeze inside Little Mashies squeeze containers.
